Yes, you can request to borrow more once you have made your first 6 scheduled repayments. We'll treat this as a new application where we check your affordability, account history and any changes to your circumstances.
If you'd like to borrow more you can do this by logging into your account and tapping 'Manage my loan'.
When you request to borrow more, we'll complete a quick check to make sure that you're eligible. If you're not eligible you'll be provided with a reason on the following screen.

We take a number of factors into account when deciding whether to approve your borrow more application. Whilst we do look at your previous account management favorably, there's no guarantee that this will impact the outcome. If you've submitted a request to change your repayment amount you'll be unable to apply to borrow more whilst this in progress, we aim to process repayment change requests within 2 working days, please submit your borrow more application once your repayment change has been actioned.
It's also worth noting that you're only able to top up twice during the duration of your loan. Our minimum/maximum borrowing amounts are subject to change at any time and we will check whether you have enough remaining balance to ensure that you do not hit that threshold before you can top up.
