You are able to cancel the Continuous Payment Authority by contacting us directly, or you can cancel it with your card issuer.
However, if you cancel the CPA before you fully repay the amounts you owe to us, you must agree with us an alternative way to pay (such as an alternative CPA on another debit card); and allow 10 days of notice so we can set up the agreed alternative payment method.
If you cancel your CPA and do not make arrangements to pay via alternative methods then your account may be reported as in arrears.
Important information
If your debit card is lost or stolen the bank will cancel your CPA. Please notify us as soon as possible if you think you may not receive your new card in time for your next payment. If you have received your new card you can set this up by logging into your account.
