My bank isn't here
If your bank is not on the list, unfortunately we'll be unable to accept an application from you. At the moment we do not accept copies of bank statements. Keep an eye on this list, we regularly update it when a new bank is supported.
One of my banks isn't here
We need to be able to review all of your spending, if we can see that you use more than one bank account then you may be asked to connect another. If the bank we have asked you to connect is not on the list then we'll try to make a decision with the information we have. If we're unable to accurately determine your affordability then your application may be declined.
