How to check your application status (Self-Service)
The fastest way to see where your application stands is to log in to your Abound account. Your dashboard is directly linked to our underwriting system and updates in real-time.
Go to the Abound Login Page.
Enter your registered email and password.
Your current status (e.g., "Under Review," "Information Required," or "Approved") will be displayed on the main screen.
What should I look for in my inbox?
If we need more information - such as a clearer photo of your ID or a secondary bank connection - we will email you immediately.
Check your Spam: Sometimes these important updates end up in your junk or spam folder. Please add contact@getabound.com to your safe senders list.
Under Review: If your status says "Under Review," it means our team is currently working on it. Our Customer Service team cannot provide any additional information or speed up this process while the review is active.
It has been longer than 2 days - what should I do?
If your application was submitted more than 2 working days ago and you haven't received an email or a status update, please log in to your account first to check for any outstanding tasks before contacting us.
